Міндеттері

• A person with higher professional education in the field of the English language and at least 3 years of teaching experience may be appointed to the position of Part-time English Instructor. The Part-time Instructor is engaged by the Representative Office of SPCE, UCA in SPCE Tekeli on a part-time basis, reports directly to the Country Head, and works closely with other SPCE, UCA employees as required.
• Functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Teaching English language programmes for school students (Grades 3–11) and adult learners in accordance with the approved schedule and assigned workload;
• The teaching workload (contact/classroom hours) shall be determined based on operational needs and the teaching assignment agreed with the Country Head;
• Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and maintaining the required academic documentation;
• Bearing responsibility for the quality of teaching by using interactive teaching methods and modern teaching approaches;
• Assessing students' progress and providing timely feedback;
• Participating in the development and improvement of English language courses and teaching materials, as required;
• Supporting and advising students on their learning progress during assigned teaching hours;
• Participating in meetings, professional development activities, and other academic events, as requested by the Country Head;
• Coordinating the Conversational English Programme, if assigned;
• Together with the Country Head, participating in the planning, organization, and implementation of educational and methodological activities related to assigned programmes.
